Money that crosses a border needs someone watching both sides.

We move currency, remit it, repatriate it and invest what remains — for Non-Resident Indians, exporters, and professionals who are paid in one country and taxed in another.

Foreign exchange at live rates. Form 145 and 146 filed under UDIN. NRO to NRE repatriation within the USD 1 million facility. Mutual fund planning, family office structuring, and the registration, tax and compliance work that sits underneath all of it.

Three things we are known for, and everything they require.

Most firms do one of these. Doing all three under one roof is what makes a cross-border transaction finish cleanly instead of stalling at a bank counter.

Currency & remittance

Buying and selling foreign exchange, sending money out under the Liberalised Remittance Scheme, and the certification a bank asks for before it releases anything.

Repatriation & NRI

Getting money out of India when you no longer live here — property proceeds, inheritance, rent, or an NRO balance that has quietly accumulated for years.

Wealth & business

What happens to the money once it has landed — invested with a horizon, structured for the next generation, or put to work inside a company.

Questions we are asked most often.

Yes. We handle foreign currency notes, forex travel cards, outward remittance under the Liberalised Remittance Scheme, student remittance and business forex through our RBI-authorised partner, a Full Fledged Money Changer. Rates shown here are indicative and refresh daily; the firm rate is confirmed at the time of transaction. We serve Dwarka, Janakpuri, Uttam Nagar, Palam, Najafgarh, Gurgaon and Delhi NCR generally. Up to USD 1 million per financial year from NRO balances — covering property sale proceeds, rent, dividends, interest and inherited funds. NRE and FCNR balances are freely repatriable and sit outside that limit. The USD 250,000 Liberalised Remittance Scheme cap applies to resident individuals, not to NRIs, which is a distinction a good deal of online guidance gets wrong. Full guide.

They replaced Form 15CA and Form 15CB from 1 April 2026 under the Income-tax Act 2025, notified under Section 397(3)(d) and Rule 220. Form 145 is the declaration filed before a remittance to a non-resident; Form 146 is the Chartered Accountant certificate, now carrying a mandatory UDIN. Section 393 replaced Section 195 for TDS on payments to non-residents. Read the detail.

Forex, remittance and wealth management from Dwarka

Wealth4India is a financial services practice in Sector 4, Dwarka, serving clients across Delhi NCR and Non-Resident Indians in more than thirty-five countries. Our work centres on money that crosses borders, and on the planning and compliance that sit around it.

Foreign exchange and outward remittance

Through our RBI-authorised partner we handle foreign currency notes, forex travel cards, student remittance, business forex and outward remittance under the Liberalised Remittance Scheme — up to USD 250,000 per financial year for resident individuals.

Rates on our forex page refresh daily from central bank reference data, and the TCS estimator above tells you what to expect before you commit. Where certification is required, Form 145 and Form 146 are filed and issued in house under UDIN.

NRI fund repatriation

Non-Resident Indians use a different facility from residents: up to USD 1 million per financial year from NRO balances, whatever the source — a property sale, inherited assets, rent, dividends, or years of quietly accumulated interest.

Our repatriation service covers the whole chain: Section 395 lower deduction certificates obtained before a property sale rather than after, DTAA relief with Tax Residency Certificate and Form 10F, Form 146 under UDIN, and the bank documentation. Entirely remote, in whatever timezone you are in.

Wealth, investment and family office

On the wealth side we handle mutual fund SIP and lumpsum planning through an AMFI-registered mutual fund professional, goal-based portfolio construction and periodic review.

Family office structuring follows where succession, trusts and inter-generational transfer need deliberate design, with loan advisory and insurance planning alongside.

Business registration and compliance

For founders and MSMEs: company and LLP incorporation, Startup India DPIIT recognition and MSME Udyam registration, trademark filing, GeM onboarding, digital signatures and ROC compliance.

The tax practice underpins all of it — ITR filing, GST, TDS, NRI taxation, notice representation and valuation.

Where we work

The office is in Dwarka and much of our client base sits within twenty kilometres — Dwarka, Janakpuri, Uttam Nagar, Palam, Najafgarh, Gurgaon and west Delhi.

The rest is global: NRIs and OCIs in the United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Canada and Australia among thirty other countries, alongside exporters, importers, consultants and salaried professionals paid in foreign currency who need someone who understands both sides of the transaction.

Shall we talk it through?

Fifteen minutes with the right founder. Tell us what you are trying to move, invest or file, and we will tell you which route applies, what it costs and how long it takes. No charge, no obligation.

Mon–Sat, 10 AM to 7 PM IST. NRIs — tell us your timezone and we will call in your working hours.
